Cable ran for about 5 minutes before the screen went black. I tried a different port on my GTX 1080 graphics card and the same thing happens again. I was stupid enough to try this on a third port to have the same thing happen. Only then did I realize what was happening; This cheap cable just fried all of my display ports on my $500 graphics card. Lesson learned, I will never buy anything like this from Revain again. Anyone can sell anything on this site and no one holds the sellers accountable. I figured if it didn't work I'd lose $8 - no big deal. Instead, it cost me over $500. Do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks more on a reputable site.
