Out of service. This is the first hair color I have ever bought. I don't really need it as I only have 5 or 6 hairs that have changed color but when I apply it to them it does nothing. I've tried that several times now to no avail. In fact, the last time I tried it, I left it on for about 40 minutes, which is well over the 'required' application time. The number of uses you can pull from a tube - assuming it works for you - is far more than advertised. The dye is air activated so just seal it to keep air out and you can reuse the rest. You can tell whether it has been activated by its color. When it is dark it has started to oxidize and the golden cream color is still usable.
