Dissatisfied with the product - only lasted 2 months
I purchased this product in May 2021 and have used it less than a few times and now it will no longer record or play music. I have never connected it to a computer, it has never been in the water and I have followed ALL charging instructions. So I'm not sure why it stopped working. And now I can't return it, so I'm stuck with an unusable product. For the price of this product it should have lasted more than 2 months. Maybe the company will contact me and fix everything. But so far I'm not happy with the product.
- Voice Activated Recording - Record when the device automatically detects sound and stop recording when the sound disappears. With this function, you only record what is important and save storage space. It also becomes much easier to find matching entries from the audio file. With automatic time stamping, the current date and time are automatically included in the audio file, making it easy to organize your recordings.
