Worked to replace "21 inch" (roughly) fluorescent LEDs for cabinets without removing the ballast in the fixture. The measurement was confusing. Not sure what points they measure for these bulbs. Could not find an exact 21" section (including or excluding end pins). The search for LED replacements for the F13 T5 fluorescent tube yielded results of several different lengths. Choose the closest size. That's right, the bulb must be placed in the lamp in such a way that the "shadow" created by the LED strip turns backwards for the brightest light. So far they're working great.
