This is RAYON Chiffon: Skirts
The fabric was shiny and poorly woven. It was like the curtains and/or sheer fabric of a kid's costume in a Halloween store. Very rude. The hem was open at the bottom. The belt was square and reduced my curves. It looks like a windbreak belt. In general it looks cheap. I understand it was cheap but it looks like a Halloween costume.
