Disappointing Toner Falls Short on Promise
Based on my observations, this toner did LITTLE to improve the overall appearance of my skin. While it did leave my face feeling refreshed it ultimately fell short on its claims to balance and improve my complexion. In terms of beauty, it simply didn't deliver .The price point was also quite high for such lackluster results. I'll be looking for a more effective product in the future..
