Fixes Hyper Blinking!: Emergency Strobe Lights

This fixed an issue with hyper blinking on my 04' Sebring after installing LED turn signals. The relay was in the steering wheel. Now my turn signals flash normally. Not sure if this can tell if the LEDs will burn out and when, only time will tell. It's a lot easier than adding resistors to each headlight! Update: I remove the sprocket, my wireless auto unlock/lock auto starter no longer turns on the turn signals on my car when in use. It still works, but without the backlight. This is a small inconvenience, but a pity.
