I bought this expensive camera thinking it was a quality product. I couldn't be more wrong. A few months ago, the monitor no longer displayed a live image. The cameras were still working as I could see the video on my iPhone app. I wrote to support and they said something went wrong with several cameras over the summer, which sounds pretty unusual. I've had Nest cameras for a while and have NEVER had a problem. After several email exchanges they finally offered a solution and I was able to connect to the cameras. It took a day and since then I have to sync them EVERY DAY which is very time consuming and of course I can only do that when my twins are awake. The product is very outdated, I don't understand why the monitor is connected VIA the cameras and not directly to the internet, making it impossible to fix anything. The pairing process is also very long. I have requested a refund but they say it is not possible. Get any other product on the market.
