Without support, my knees hurt when I run and when I run in the cold, my knees swell. a place to wear while running. They almost eliminate my knee problem. The pro-tec Gel Force Sleeves in particular work extremely well. I thought the P3 would be even better - the Bauerfeind website says the P3 is for athletes with kneecap issues. But p3 shortens my stride and seems quite limiting. This completely relieves my knees of pain but I would rather wear a lower, cheaper brace that gives me 95% support. I would only recommend buying if you have serious knee problems.
