These super glides are the best felt furniture glides/floor pads I've come across. I recently installed "luxury" (her words, not mine) vinyl flooring and suddenly I realized I needed to find something for all of my furniture legs to protect the floor. Yes, it helps to have tweezers handy to pry out the paper covering the generous "ball" of goo inside, but the paper comes off easily once you pick it up. I find that regular "finger grip" brow tweezers work great. The sticky substance sticks very well to the underside of the chair legs. to try on one of my dining chairs and then bought 6 more packs to complete the 5 remaining chairs plus a footstool. Again, just have tweezers handy if you need them to remove paper, but I love these pushers. I give them two very hard thumbs up!
