*Edit* I wanted to update my review because the company provides GREAT customer service! 1. They contacted me not once but TWICE about my review and 2. They even offered a partial refund! There are only a few good companies like this! This chair really has the potential to be an amazing product if they expand the seat and maybe add more cushions and padding! All other features are great! I really want to love this chair but I will only give it 3 stars. Very easy to set up, good instructions included. Came with extra parts. Sharp looking chair for sure! Definitely holds the weight, the tilt is great but the seat is small (narrow) and not as comfortable as it looks, at least not for big boots. Part of the back of the chair digs into my sides. The footrest is good but feels very flimsy like it flexes slightly. And finally, I wasn't very impressed with the weird dirt all over the chair.
