big for a small child

They are beautiful. I ordered these for my little 19 month old daughter and they are quite big for her. The pillars were quite large and difficult to slide through the earring hole in her ear. When fully rolled up, they are still hanging forward. She also lost her back and I had to replace it with a normal back. However, because the posts are on the larger side, the regular backrest sits nice and comfortably.
