Review on CygnusED by Phillip Hoover

I like how it's easy enough so anyone can use, but also gives access control if you need more detailed options / permissions than are available out-of box with other software (such as Access Manager). Some things work better in some versions over others - sometimes there isn't any way around this; however we've found most recently version 10 has had fewer issues compared to previous releases. We're solving our needs by creating customized views into shared files from multiple users at once without having everyone log onto one big file server or create their own separate copies which would be cumbersome when sharing large documents/projects.
