Review on Merino Kids Winter Sleep Bag for Infants and Toddlers 0-2 Years by William Belczyk

Merino sleeping bag winter weight

I like the quality of the bag, it's sturdy and well made. My house is kept cold at night (about 62 degrees) and it keeps my baby (3 months old) warm (following guidelines on how many layers of clothing a baby should wear at night). The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the buttons are only on one shoulder and that makes it difficult to put baby in there without waking him up. I would like buttons on both shoulders so you can easily put the baby in your pocket at night. If your child is a light sleeper, he will surely wake up when you put his hand there. But otherwise I love the bag and the fact that it grows with my little one. It was expensive to buy but will last a long time as it's quite large. To be honest I don't see the point of putting a newborn there as it's big. General. I can recommend this sleeping bag. I also ordered a lighter one for the summer (cotton) but haven't tried it yet.

Pros
  • Our warmest winter sleeping bag consists of 100% super thin 200 g/m² merino lining, lining made of 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton and 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton fleece.
Cons
  • It's OK
