Does not work on Highchair trays!

I can get these bowls to suction to counter tops and sometimes to my wood table, but there is no chance these bowls will ever suction to the tray of the highchair. I feel like these are very quality bowls. I will keep them for when suction is not necessary. However, my little one is going through a pick up the entire bowl and throw it phase.
