Customizable, feature rich and powerful cloud based salesforce automation platform
I like that it is easy enough with minimal training to use but also allows you to customize your own experience by allowing some customization options when setting up an account or creating new modules within the software itself. It looks great! The layout could be more intuitive at first glance than having to look through multiple steps just get started. Also there are times where the tool will lock out (not allow me access) which then requires restarting my computer before getting back into working properly again. Email Marketing Module - This module allows us to send automated emails directly from our CRM system using pre-selected templates we have created for this purpose. We can segment these recipients according to their role/position within our organization so they receive different types of messages depending upon how seniority those people hold within our business.
- Ease in creation, ability as well ease understanding once setups complete.Easy interface makes all necessary tasks accessible without difficulty while remaining simple overall design; user friendly.Cons?: Nothing really comes quickly down side wise however if i were looking forward towards something else other program might work better
