I ordered two of these pillows, received them yesterday and was so impressed that I immediately bought a third one. The design is very nice and if you buy two pillows they will have the same design on each one. I also liked that they weren't stingy and painted the back a cheap solid color. No, the pattern is applied on both sides so it will still look good even if you have to turn the pillow over. As for the fabric, I ordered a denim color and my screen shows a white background with a medium blue pattern. I have a linen background with a darker, almost dark blue pattern. I would have preferred a lighter color but these colors still work for the space I'm designing so I'm fine with that. I can see from the reviews that the color you receive may change with each order so I'm keeping my fingers crossed the extra pillowcase will be the same when delivered. The fabric itself is dense and has a good weight. I used an old mint green pillow I had and you can't see through the fabric. The cover itself looks well made. If you are interested in the size, I purchased a cover that measures 18 x 18. You will need a 20 inch insert for this size. If you're buying a 20" cover I'm assuming you'll also need to add two inches to your insert for it to work. Just something else to consider but if you are looking for a different pattern to go with denim. Pillows, check out the Artcest set of 2 decorative pillowcases for the bed, dyed in a light blue cotton blend (pillowcases). I bought these too and while they don't quite match, the colors and scale of the plaid of these pillows go well with this toilet design.
