Almost identical to JBOS from what I've seen and as you can see in the photos I've attached. Even the same packaging. Presumably from the same manufacturer or a manufacturer duplicating another manufacturer. But the main thing: is it good, is it worth it? Overall it does the job although it has less room in the edge vents (and definitely isn't perfectly tailored as shown in the product photos) and the stitching doesn't feel super strong so try not to damage them. But for the price there are definitely worse alternatives.
