The description of this product needs clarification. It says 12 x 10/20 gloss/matte. I mixed it up with 10ft gloss and 20ft matte. What I received was once a 10ft mat. What is 20 for? Why the word high gloss? I see other people get shiny so it's a gamble and you get what you get? When ordering vinyl, I specifically want one or the other, not the choice of a random seller. Also, the reel was covered with a sticker which, when removed, spoiled part of the reel. Why not use a rubber band or even painters tape instead of tape pulling the vinyl. I love the Oracle 651 for projects, but that description and the condition it was shipped in is enough to draw future buyers' attention.
