I'm a medium woman - 5ft 6in, 130lbs and I bought the men's medium pajamas because I liked the colors and already have all the women's Latuza styles - and they fit perfectly. Even the length of the pants was right.

- I bought these for my dad for Christmas and he loves them. Soft, elegant and comfortable!
