Doesn't work, poor design elements, made for professionals only

Don't be fooled by the reviews on YouTube. They are made by professionals who can assemble and troubleshoot 3D printers blindfolded. For everyone else, this printer is a disaster. Here's yet another 3D printer made by people who believe that everyone who buys 3D printers is a professional with years of experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting their products. And they can't understand why 3D printing hasn't become more popular. The build manual skips an important step and sets out important information in minimal detail, assuming the buyer already knows everything about this machine. could have been designed better. One example (of many) is the spool holder doesn't fit, for which they recommend printing a new spool holder, except you can't because you need something to hold the spool in place to print the new holder . The biggest problem is that the Z-axis limiter is the wrong size. You can't level the platform until you find a solution because Creality simply assumes that everyone has a metal workshop in their garage. and they can solve the problem without effort. Advice. Most of the components you need to assemble (using an incomplete manual with tiny text and useless illustrations) need to be assembled and tested by the company before shipping. It should be a 3D printer, not a jigsaw puzzle. Finally _this machine DOES NOT WORK!_ I have struggled with this printer since the day it came out after following advice from various forums and other 3D printer owners. I've even disassembled and reassembled it 3 times in case I got it wrong, which is entirely possible given the terrible instructions in the manual. Not once did I get a decent print or even a decent print start. I will return it as soon as possible. Don't waste your money on this unless you're a pro with years of experience building and troubleshooting poorly designed 3D printers.
