I ordered these boots hoping they would fit my son. He carries 1-2 large children and the smallest available was a large 4 child. "Amazing, they fit my son perfectly! Of course you don't want the winter boots to be too tight to wear thick socks, but even with these socks the boots worked well. They fasten with a nice velcro system and are very soft on the foot. inside. My son loves soft stuff so these boots were a winner for him. The tread on the bottom seems to be holding up well as it's a nice thick rubber. Although there are clip on clips on the side of the boots this is for show only. After 1 ride in the snow my son's feet were dry. They were still a bit cold but it was better than other shoes that would soak up water. Overall I am happy with my purchase and wear and tear b that the shoes will last long enough to be passed on to younger children.
