Output ports are not of good quality and cause sound distortion

Headphone jacks (3mm) are of poor quality. Tends to loosen the connection and cause the left and right earphones to malfunction. Causes a lot of discomfort and irritation, especially during a performance. Please send me a good quality replacement (tested adapter)
