Not quite what I wanted or needed. My first impression. Fake? The box it came in literally says LOPTOP in huge red letters. Serious? I opened it up and it had light scuffs and (manufacturing?) chips. The phone tray or whatever is cheap plastic and not very deep. Let me tell you if you have insanely big feet and/or even taller than me (I'm 6ft 2in 179lbs) this is NOT for you. It sits very high for me, almost 4-5 inches above my foot on the bed, so I basically have to straighten or straighten my arms and raise them up the entire time I use it. For me it's a mistake to relax and write novels on a Chromebook with this purpose. The only thing I like is the slot for a tablet or phone, but then again it's high up so it's awkward to sit back to see them. I need support. It's a large item and I didn't want the inconvenience of finding the box to send it back and therefore return it so I just gave it to my eldest son. He's always upbeat and has some blankets on his bed, so it works for him. Although $25 was wasted on my end. Back to my flat black padded Walmart tray. Advantages. It has durable hardwood and easy-to-bend soft foam legs. Convenient phone/tablet slot. Those are the only reasons I even gave it 3 stars. Cons Unusable cup holder (am I going to use a spill proof cup?), scratches and defects on the NEW item. The phone tray underneath seems like an afterthought at the design stage. As mentioned above, it sits very high on your bed. Uncomfortable, at least for me. The color is also strange, not what I expected. Summary Do you like it?
