Review on πŸ”Œ Rosonway Aluminum 10 Port USB 3.0 Powered Hub with Individual On/Off Switches - Ultimate USB Splitter for Efficient Data Transfer by Justin Puranik

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Amazing find; quality product.

Many USB hubs are made of plastic and don't seem to be durable. Some of them are very expensive. But this USB hub is made of aluminum and looks solid. It even has buttons to enable/disable each port. Even better, the buttons are physical buttons that pop in and out in two positions. Not only do they remember their state, such a design is likely to last longer than a button that just sends a signal to a circuit to change states. There's an indicator next to each port to show if it's enabled, but it's subtle and not overwhelming (although I wish it wasn't blue). To top it off, the price is reasonable! Of the minuses is only that the power supply is a huge brick with a built-in plug, and not a separate cable with a plug. That means it won't fit in a small space or on a power strip that other devices are also plugged into. Luckily I had an existing power supply that I used instead; Otherwise I would have been disappointed and would have sent it back. (Manufacturer's Note: Please switch to an AC adapter that uses a separate plug cord.) It only had one or two reviews when I bought it, so I was a bit hesitant. I'm glad I bought this. I haven't found another USB hub with the same good value for money.
