I used to buy these as gifts so they lasted a month before I even looked at them. You sent me a used and defective item. I thought it would be a good idea to charge it before packing it so you can play with it right after opening it, but the power cord was melted so obviously it was a return from someone else. NOT HAPPY AT ALL and now I've missed my return window. Unacceptable! This is my second and I think the last.
