just tried it for the first time, I've been wearing it for a while. Sitting with it (of course) you may feel a tingling sensation, but this is easily corrected by tucking a bit of cloth under the end of the steel bone. I recommend to anyone who doesn't understand sizes or doesn't know their waistline. Size and currently no way to check: use your bra size as a reference. I have a 44 bra that would have made me feel comfortable in the waist 6x, but I wanted it to be a bit tighter so I went for 5x. It wasn't easy to put on at first lol but I can put it on and take it off by myself. Maybe an inch or so in front to cover my whole stomach, but that's okay. It's definitely working on my shaping right now. This can lead to a bulge in the armpits. I felt the need to remove my bra in this one. The top of the back is loose and a little gaping for me personally, next time I'll try lowering the back to see if that fixes the problem. Otherwise I love it and will see what my results are in a few weeks! :)
