Advertised as Kombucha. From a technical point of view it is false advertising as the lids do not withstand fermentation. originals.company was nice and sent me a $5 refund. That was with 3 broken lids, that was also before I bought new lids. a replacement costs about ten dollars and I only get 2 in a pack. So the company gave me back $5 to buy a lid with. They told me they couldn't send me new caps. They thought the reason for this was apparently good. and bless the representative for her patience, courtesy and kindness. I just can't leave a review with more than one star because I spent $22 for 6 bottles, now I can only use 2 and had to buy additional bottles. I just bought 2.75 bottles of kombucha from the store and they are holding up great. I was just hoping to cut down on the pour time and use the big 32oz bottles with those Boston cartridges. I did a 3-4 day round of fermentation with them. 2 others exploded by themselves when I opened a few bottles.
