Review on Bolt USB Rechargeable Bike Light by Cycle Torch - Enhanced Bicycle Light with LED Technology by Jason Ballard

Cycle Torch Bolt just arrived two days ago as promised. The green charging indicator did not light up until an hour after being plugged into a charging socket. The instructions say 2-4 hours to charge so I left it plugged in for an additional hour just to be sure. Although the weather wasn't conducive to initial road testing, I attached it to a wooden stud secured to the back of the trunk and compared its brightness to several other taillights I've used. While it doesn't appear to be as bright as my Cygolite Hotshot, it certainly is bright in all modes, and both the cost and the claimed battery life are real pluses. Another real feature for me is the wide field of view that it offers thanks to its slightly protruding lens. And highlighting all the characteristics of the product, prompt customer service and concern for my satisfaction is the icing on the cake. Overall, and for all of the reasons above, the Cycle Torch Bolt promises to be value for money.
