This is a budget laptop. The review saying you need a WiFi USB adapter was helpful. The only complaint I have at the moment is that the installation is misleading and almost forced me to order two sets of Microsoft apps. The first Microsoft support rep actually told the poor but smart student that I bought this laptop because we needed to order the Microsoft Office software for the second time. I don't think this aligns with Satya Nadella's mission of "empowering every person and organization on the planet to achieve more." . Jean-Carlos was understanding and together we installed a copy of my five-user Office 365 subscription onto a new student laptop. In fact, I've been a fan of Microsoft for many years, but could you make the support more consistent? You've done so many things right, especially since Satya Nadella became CEO. Could you try making the support more consistent? Try to clone a Jean Carlos who understands your mission. Thank you Revane for the opportunity.
