I got a much smoother tone with it. I got little freckles that looked like blemishes that weren't there until the dime brown spot also known as age spot. After using this lotion, the small spots are almost gone. I've only been using this for 2 weeks. As for the big brown spot, it takes longer to go away, but it seems to me that it looks lighter and less noticeable. After use my skin looks younger, smoother and hydrated. I don't smell it at all.
