The device has never been dropped, it has not been stepped on. The cover is very difficult to install, very tight to the screen. That is my conclusion and the conclusion of the repairer if the MacBook Pro is so tight that the stress on the My screen caused a microcrack in the lower right corner. Now I have another $578 to get my screen fixed at the Apple Store. Revain won't do anything for damage en companies caused by the product. I send it back immediately and find another case that doesn't damage my MacBook Pro but protects it instead. I will also wait for a refund.
