Review on LOVOCOO [2021 Upgraded] Neckband Bluetooth Headset with Retractable Earbuds - Wireless Noise Cancelling Earphones for Sports & Office (Grey) + Carry Case by Richard Eledge

I bought this to replace the BEARTWO I bought 3 days ago. Now I'm back because headset announcements (switch on) etc. are excruciatingly loud and almost incomprehensible; just annoying, not to mention misleading marketing. They have the same model number, SX-990, same user manual and case, but different boxes. They admit that "accidents sometimes take away from happiness," but they offered me $25 to remove this review, "with a promise to change and improve their performance." The spelling is theirs. My guess is that Revain's customer service should include spell checking in their applications.
