I have some very old pillows that should have been replaced many years ago. But try as I might, I couldn't find the right combination of low height and adequate stiffness. If you've become accustomed to a particular pillow for a long time, even half an inch in height or a pillow that's noticeably firmer or softer simply won't work. You feel like the "princess and the pea", but it's true. So I've ordered and returned many flimsy pillows over the past few years. Finally this one works! I sleep on my side most of the time and while I know this pillow is advertised as a stomach pillow, it supports my head and neck properly. I used to struggle a lot with other pillows I bought, but in the middle of the night I kept swapping them out for my old pillow. Not this time. From the first time I slept on this pillow all night. I could hardly believe it. Another big plus is that I have always traveled with my old pillow which is too big and therefore very awkward to pack. This one of a standard size easily and compactly folds or folds into my suitcase and allows me to take my clothes with me! I think this will work for all thin pillow lovers no matter what position you sleep in. The only downside I've found is that the company doesn't sell replacement covers, so I recommend (although the cover is washable). ) use a normal pillowcase as well. However, since the pillow is a standard size, I suspect you can purchase a replacement cover that fits from another source. Either way, many of you will be happier with this pillow than most other thin memory foam, latex, or down pillows. I also think it's fair for the price.
