My daughter is 5 years old and average height. I ordered 5/6. The back of the dress has a zipper. It also has ties. The dress is lined with white on the inside and ends directly above the main dress. Comes with a decorative pearl necklace. The necklace has 2 clasps, one on each side. It can also be worn without a necklace and the clasps are not as visible from the dress. It's elegant. It's stylish and perfect for formal occasions. The sides of the armpit fit perfectly. Not long and not loose. In general we like it. Like the pattern.
