Good drop protection

I often drop my iPad mini. I don't want it, it just happens. Protecting him is of course very important to me. This case provided excellent protection for my iPad. Falling flat, falling on a corner, being thrown hard onto concrete when the door slammed against my hand suddenly and hard enough my hand still hurt an hour later; This case protects you from all that. However, the corners have some damage, so I intend to replace them. As usual, I'm looking at a few options, but they should be good enough to convince you to take the risk, not this tried and tested option.
