I always wear a medium with a glove so I ordered this one. They are very difficult to put on, but being cotton/spandex they stretch. I don't like fingers, the stitches sometimes get tight and itchy. I think they help but thumb feels big and fingers are too tight. I'm afraid if I bought a big one it would be too big. A compression glove on the right hand helps. I have a pinched nerve in my neck which is causing severe problems with numbness and tingling in my fingers. I think the overall quality is good and I like that they are flesh colored. I have short fingers and they interfere with the middle joint of the fingers. I seem to have a strange hand. help anyway.
