I love that wesource is designed with both sides of recruiting (hiring managers/recruitment teams & applicants) from day one ensuring transparency between them! It makes our work flow so much easier as well because they are always there when you need assistance solving problems or questions about their product line etc.- which have popped up during each project since launch date!! The feedback mechanism can be challenging at times but it's also great knowing someone who has been through this already will get back straight away if something isn't clear enough / doesnot make sense :) They're very committed towards supporting an open marketplace model within recruitment marketplaces like theirs making sure everyone involved gets what benefits most outta using such system without compromising ethics either side! This platform helps us stay organized throughout multiple projects where communication becomes easy by giving access via mobile app. The ability to have multiple people working together using different devices (iPad/iPhone) is great! I love that it's easy to use with our business partner Recruiterium who has helped us get set up with everything we need. There isn't anything really negative as of right now. It works beautifully! I recommend this service 100% if you are looking to outsource your recruitment process or if you want to work more efficiently through hiring managers.
