Not for daylight
BLUE LED indicator is difficult to see in daylight; too dark! I have used these monitors before and in fact RED was better in daylight and better for night blindness vision. The accuracy is pretty close to that of an external DVM, so I can't complain about that; within a tenth of a volt. If brightness could be decided this would be a good monitor for all uses. Keep using it until you find a brighter LED indicator.
