It's hard to get it to turn on. You need to plug in the wall charger C on the right side above the power button. Then use another cable C to go to the PC from the left side. I used all the cables that came with it and this was the only way to get it to work. Once activated, I was able to unplug the wall charger. Contacted tech support, never got a reply. Emailed twice and tried to chat this led me to a Facebook chat which then told me to email support. Will test for the next 30 days and hope support will respond. Other than that, this cycle was the only way to turn on the power
