Was so happy to receive this handbag. When I received it, there were folds and creases on the front of the wallet that I couldn't smooth out. I asked for a second replacement wallet in the hope that maybe I just got a bad one, but it also had creases. Too bad they took more careful care to prevent such oversights. still love the bag
