Seems tight for an adult, probably better for a child
I feel like it fits "just right" so when I wear it feels firm, not loose and comfy like the picture shows; you see it drops excess fabric to the bottom like a beanie style hat, but it fits more like a tight shower cap. Because this is a bit tight, I feel like it comes off easier in my sleep and I have woken up in the morning with it partially removed a few times. So I just use this now as an extra layer of protection under a shower cap to ensure no water when I take a bath. But wouldn't recommend this for sleeping if you are an adult - would be okay maybe for a child or petite adult with smaller head.
