Do not buy this product. The item was washed and came out of the dryer in a ball. Only buy if you will never wash. The company doesn't help, they told me to talk to Amazon and not talk to them and I haven't heard from them (Amazons) and they removed my low rating. I really like using Amazon and as long as you don't take care of the topic, it works. I got stuck with an item that didn't work and never got a new one. and there is no one near me who can fix this. So I have a vacuum cleaner that never worked and Amazon never fixed it. my kindle, i need her to help with the reader, i'm still waiting for my new reader, it's been 90 days.
