The PS4 runs out of USB ports too quickly.

If you add a 3D headset and portable HD, you will NOT have USB ports. This type occupies 2 ports and gives you 4 back.Net benefit from the extra 2 USB ports. One star off because the connection is a bit shaky at times and I have to unplug and plug devices sometimes, but overall it works fine. Update - a few months after installation I noticed that the USB devices started to work erratically - I had to disconnect and reconnect to a different port. I'm updating my rating to 3 stars and think I'll replace it with a regular powered USB 3.0 hub.
