Ok I think suitable for foot, hand and nail care
Only 3 out of 4 were working when I received them. I only had to replace 2 in my lamp so I think it's fine. I was expecting to have 2 left to replace if I need them, now I only have 1. Aside from the 1 that didn't work, the bulbs are fine.
