Review on Winsome Trading, Inc. Carson Brown Valet Stand by Herthoel Yanda

To make a long story short when I received it it was defective, I had to get new parts twice as the first set was not drilled correctly and when I finally assembled it the fit was poor at best and out of stock Each Sometimes delays, I can no longer send it back to Revain. Now for a longer story. When this product was delivered to me, I quickly set about assembling it. After connecting the legs and crossbars, I found that both legs were deformed. I suspect this was because they were directly opposite the side of the pack where a lot of force was being applied. So I faxed a request for a new part (they obviously have serious quality control issues if the package comes with a form to request missing or damaged parts). A few weeks later I got new legs. The thrill of getting a new package was gone, so I took my time picking it up. When I finally assembled the stand, I found that the legs I was sent either matched another stand or were drilled incorrectly as the distance between the screw hole and the dowel hole was too large. Since this stand was almost exactly what I was looking for I thought I would give them another chance to fix the item so this time I called and explained the problem and they said they would send me another batch of new ones send feet. .A few weeks later came these new legs. This time I immediately pulled out the new legs and checked their fit on the crossbars. Luckily the distance was right. Unfortunately, these legs have another disadvantage. They are a bit short, so the shelf is not stable. Worst of all, I walk past my window to return to Revane. Now I have a wobbly stand that I can't return and I'm tired of taking it apart just to put it back together. I'm sure Winsome will send a fourth pair of legs but don't bother with that and be without my stand for a few more weeks. I put some spacers between the shelf and the legs to strengthen it, but that's not necessary. I don't understand why this item has so many positive reviews, but they had 3 chances to get it right and failed. every time. Now I'm stuck with a defective item because they dragged me until Revane's returns window closed.
