I am not a pocket watch enthusiast so I hope my review will be taken with a grain of salt however for the purpose I am using this watch for; That's enough. The watch itself is beautiful and during a busy day carrying it around I only experience a slight drift - on the order of seconds. Of course, what I consider a busy day might not be busy for another person. It's pretty easy to tell the time outside when it's light, and the watch itself doesn't feel cheap. However, the chain is simple. I wouldn't call it cheap but I don't prefer it. Only one chain is included in the scope of delivery. The watch cover opens about 80 degrees, so reading time is often at an angle. I don't prefer that, but I also understand that it's an effective way of keeping the lid round and also hiding the hinge. I have only been using this product for a few days at the time of writing so please note that it shows no wear and tear. I have a guarantee for any mechanical issues that naturally arise, so I'm not worried about that. Ultimately, it's not the prettiest or most accurate watch, but the price makes it a watch I consider practical art.
