I saw one of these brick mugs last Christmas. I was tempted to buy it for my grandson and then I thought maybe it's not worth it. Since then it seems to me that I continue to see them and hear how children like them. I finally moved on and just decided to do it. The cup is pretty big. Of course, it could be used for real drinks. He keeps crayons and markers in it for him on his desk. It's quite large inside and can hold a ton of everything, be it a drink or desk pens and pencils. I don't see it just for a child. This is definitely an adult or kid thing. I could also see that this is an item kept on the table like a small fidget toy. The mug is light. I received a blue color that is not dark blue. It's a very pretty blue color with hints of teal. The cup comes with various building blocks. There is one minifigure that reminds me a bit of Santa Claus because he has a big white beard. There are other shapes, sizes and colors. There is even a little cat in the set. Pieces can be used to make creations or come with instructions. Alternatively, everything can be placed on the mug itself. This is actually a fun activity for those who appreciate building blocks.
