Makes my carpal tunnel much worse. I bought this to relieve my carpal tunnel pain. I already have a vertical mouse but my wrists hurt after a day on the computer and I wanted something that would make it a little easier. My hand goes numb after use. It's pretty ridiculous that they tout it as a cure for carpal tunnel when it actually works the other way around. I think the problem is the tiny size of this pillow. With the larger pillow, the wrist points slightly downwards, elevating the elbow and keeping the hand in a more comfortable position. At the same time, my wrist has only a slight bulge that cuts off blood circulation, my elbow is in the same position below the wrist. I opened it so I keep it but the product is unusable. Make no mistake.
