I like how it can be used with my iPad or laptop to do most of our work when out at client sites as well as being able for us all (the team) to access files from anywhere without needing extra hardware devices such as an external hard drive etc - this saves time! The software doesn't always have everything you need so if there isn’t something that we are looking for then creating your own would probably save some money too!! We use Telscoopic mainly because its free but also other people may not know about them which means they don't get hired by clients who want quality solutions rather than just price cuts.
